What does the platform actually do?
It builds fully branded event websites, handles registration, automates communications, and manages check-in, all in one place. Event apps are optional, but are fully integrated into Mitingu so attendee data is updated in real time.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need it to do, how many events, etc... but we do have a plan recommender which will give you indicative prices. Is it white-label?
Yes, every part of the platform (site, domain, emails, app, forms) is branded to your event or client. None of our branding appears anywhere.
Can I use this across all my events?
Yes, the platform supports one-off events, recurring series, or full multi-event programs. Templates and branding can be reused to save time and ensure consistency.
How easy is it to set up?
Depending on your requirements, we can have your platform ready in 48 hours. This includes your branded templates so your team can self-serve when ready.
What kinds of events is it best for?

Do we do event apps?
Yes, we do both native apps (iOS and Android) and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
What's the difference?
Native apps live in the relevant store (App Store or Google Play Store) and need to be downloaded onto the user's phone or tablet.
A PWA uses the mobile device's browser, behaves in a similar way to a native app but there is no requirement to download on the mobile device. These are popular with some single day events as most apps will be used for the event and not accessed after it, so avoiding downloading another app onto the phone or tablet is quite a popular choice.
All event apps are integrated with Mitingu and include an attendee and event admin function (check-in via scan and search, managing walk-ins, etc).
